Fontinello's Italian Cuisine Co-Owner, Kim Amadeo, brings a modern twist on traditional Italian dining to the tables of Fontinello's Italian Cuisine. Amadeo has created an atmosphere at Fontinello's Italian Cuisine which is reminiscent of a traditional old Italian neighborhood, which makes people feel like they are right at home when dining at the restaurant. The Italian restaurant's interiors have been designed to make parties of any size (dinner for two or a party of 20) feel welcome, relaxed and able to take a break from the daily grind - if only for a couple hours.
Amadeo has a rich heritage in the artistic side of traditional Italian lifestyle - which has given Amadeo a traditional, yet unique Italian design philosophy. This modern, yet old-world design philosophy has added character, charm and comfort to the great food at Fontinello's Italian Cuisine. Amadeo, who was raised in a traditional Italian family, has a diverse and extensive background in customer service, interior design, and an understanding of the art and creativity that is inherent in deep-rooted Italian traditions. Amadeo says, "Part of being Italian is understanding the art and creativity that goes into being Italian; and as to Fontinello's Italian Cuisine, that includes the restaurant feel and atmosphere, the staff and each and every dish we prepare fresh daily."
Prior to opening Fontinello's Italian Cuisine, Amadeo served as the Director of Design for the Sands Resorts in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Amadeo designed Fontinello's Italian Cuisine's colorful interiors which is representative of her Italian heritage. Amadeo strives to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for customers to dine the true Italian way - traditional, yet unique!
